Coldplay’s Chris Martin surprised fans with an impromptu karaoke performance in Las Vegas, belting out a new song from the band’s upcoming album, Moon Music, while disguised in a playful getup.
After gracing the stage at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Festival, the Coldplay frontman treated unsuspecting karaoke-goers at Dino’s Lounge to an intimate performance of “All My Love.” Donning an oversized suit, a wig, and goofy glasses, Martin’s playful disguise did little to conceal his unmistakable voice.

Fan footage of the performance quickly circulated online, capturing the excitement of those lucky enough to witness the unexpected performance. While his attire screamed “Austin Powers on a casual Friday,” Martin’s powerful vocals instantly revealed his true identity.
This wasn’t the first time “All My Love” was shared with the world. The band debuted the song earlier this summer in Athens, giving fans a taste of what’s to come from their tenth studio album.
Martin’s karaoke escapade followed his performance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival, where he joined Elyanna for a captivating rendition of Coldplay’s recent single, “We Pray.” The festival boasted an impressive lineup that included musical heavyweights like Keith Urban, Dua Lipa, and Gwen Stefani.
Coldplay’s Moon Music: A New Chapter
Set to launch on October 4th, Moon Music follows Coldplay’s 2021 release, Music of the Spheres. The band has already given eager fans a preview of the album with the release of the lead single, “feelslikeimfallinginlove,” and a live performance of “Good Feelings” in Rome.
Coldplay’s Record-Breaking Journey Continues
Fresh off their fifth headlining performance at Glastonbury Festival, a feat unmatched by any other band, Coldplay is showing no signs of slowing down. The band is gearing up for a 2025 stadium tour to support Moon Music, with six massive shows scheduled at London’s iconic Wembley Stadium.
Coldplay continues to redefine what it means to be a band with a purpose. Their upcoming tour will see 10% of all proceeds donated to the Music Venue Trust, a UK-based charity dedicated to preserving and protecting independent music venues.
This commitment to social responsibility aligns with the band’s eco-conscious approach to touring. Their recent “Music of the Spheres” tour, which holds the title of the highest-grossing rock tour of all time with a staggering £710 million in earnings, was celebrated for its focus on sustainability.
From surprise karaoke appearances to record-breaking tours and a steadfast dedication to social and environmental causes, Coldplay continues to inspire and captivate audiences worldwide.
