July 3, 2024 – In a breathtaking display of vocal prowess, nine-year-old Pranysqa Mishra captivated the judges and audience alike on America’s Got Talent, earning herself a coveted Golden Buzzer from judge Heidi Klum.

Pranysqa’s performance of Tina Turner’s iconic hit “River Deep – Mountain High” left everyone astounded. Stepping onto the stage in a charming ruffled dress, she transformed into a powerhouse vocalist, belting out the challenging song with an impressive range and stage presence that belied her young age.

The judges, including Simon Cowell, were visibly impressed. Cowell, known for his discerning taste, described her entrance as “like an angel” before being blown away by her powerful vocals. Klum, unable to contain her enthusiasm, exclaimed, “I did not expect that!”

Overwhelmed with emotion, Klum decided to bypass the usual critiques and send Pranysqa directly to the live shows. “I want you to call your grandmother and say that Heidi Klum pushed the Golden Buzzer for you,” she announced as golden confetti rained down on the stage.

Pranysqa, who hails from Florida, had expressed admiration for Tina Turner, Whitney Houston, and Aretha Franklin during her pre-performance interview, citing them as her musical inspirations. She shared her love for singing, saying it makes her feel happy and that she always dreamed of performing on a big stage.

This isn’t the first time Klum has used her Golden Buzzer to recognize exceptional talent this season. She previously awarded it to Richard Goodall, a school janitor who moved the judges with his heartfelt rendition of Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin'”. Goodall’s story, much like Pranysqa’s, is a testament to the power of dreams and the courage to pursue them.

Pranysqa’s incredible performance has made her an instant frontrunner in the competition. As she prepares for the live shows, audiences eagerly anticipate witnessing more of her remarkable talent.
